Quick hotfix addressing an issue with SDK audio and fullscreen recorder.

• Audio double plays in SDK after module restart
• o3h.ControlManager.getFullScreenRecorder sometimes returns null

Known Issues

• Image Segmentation position is wrong on iPads
• Two camera components can't be active at the same time
