Fix broken native record button

Known Issues

• Loading a module using the === Custom Module === doesn't work
  • Use any other module and override the Url to load local content

Changed

• Web requests are now cached within a module session, cache is still cleared between module runs
• Stopping the camera now displays the user's avatar image instead of a black texture

Fixed

• Removed execution stale when creating a camera component
• Positioning issues with the native record button across devices
• Aspect ratio issues with the avatar image used as a camera fallback
